十堰市社区老年人认知功能影响因素的调查研究

摘　　要：目的:调查十堰市城区社区老年人的认知功能状况,探讨老年人认知功能的影响因素,为今后进行老年人认知功能的干预提供科学依据。方法:按照分层随机抽样方法,对十堰市城区60岁及以上的社区老年人采用一般状况(社会人口学)调查表、简易智力测试量表(Mini-mental state examination,MMSE),工具性日常生活能力量表(Instrumental activity of daily living scale,IADL)和领悟社会支持量表(Multidimensional scale on perceived social support,MSPSS)进行调查。用统计软件SPSS15.0建立数据库,对资料进行统计描述和相关分析。结果:⑴十堰市城区老年人MMSE得分均值为(23.93±3.02)。⑵年龄、教育、经济、慢性病和社会支持对老年人认知功能的影响有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:⑴依照国际标准,十堰市城区社区老年人的认知功能整体低于正常水平。⑵十堰市城区社区老年人认知功能的影响因素包括年龄、教育、经济、慢性病和社会支持对老年人的认知功能的影响较为明显。Objective To investigate the states of cognitive function in the community elders of Shiyan City,and to explore the influence factors of cognitive function among the community elders,so as to provide scientific basis for the interventions of cognitive function in the elders. Methods Through stratified randomly sampling,the data of subjects sampled from the communities of Shiyan city were collected by the demographic information sheet,the Mini-mental state examination( MMSE),Instrumental activity of daily living scale( IADL),and Multidimensional scale on perceived social support( MSPSS). The SPSS 15.0 software were used to describe and analyze the data. Results ⑴The mean score of MMSE was( 23.93 ±3. 02). ⑵In the univariate analysis,the age,education,incomes,chronic disease and social support had obvious influences on cognitive function of the elders( P < 0. 01). Conclusion ⑴According to the international standard of MMSE, the level of cognitive function in the community elders of Shiyan city was below the normal level. ⑵The influence factors of cognitive function included age,educationa,incomes,chronic disease and social support.
