摘　　要：湘军平定太平天国的事功在湖南绅士中激起了一种"湘军情结"。作为一种社会文化现象,《湘军志》的编修及其被毁版,与这种"湘军情结"有着密切的关系。同时,《湘军志》被毁版,也反映了湖南绅士的"正统湘军观"。Since the Xiang Army pacified the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom,it aroused the complex emotion of Xiang Army among Hunan Gentry.As a social cultural phenomenon,it has a close relationship between the compiling and destroyed edition of Past records of Xiang Army(Xiang Jun Zhi) and the complex emotion of Xiang Army.At the same time,the destroyed edition of Past records of Xiang Army(Xiang Jun Zhi) has also reflected the Hunan Gentry's orthodox view of Xiang Army.
