摘 要:以干柿叶为试材,依次采用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇溶剂萃取其醇提物,测定各组分对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用,并对活性抑制最强的组分进行动力学研究。结果表明:乙酸乙酯萃取物的酶活性抑制率最高,达到89.83%,其能在短时间内与酶快速结合,有较强的α-葡萄糖苷酶活性抑制能力,且显示为非竞争性抑制类型。The alcohol extracts of Diospyros kaki leaves were extracted with petroleum ether,and n-butanol,respectively,then the inhibitory effect of each component on α-glucosidase was determined,and then the dynamics analysis was conducted to the component with the strongest inhibitory effect.The results showed that the ethyl acetate extracts had the highest inhibitory rate on enzyme activity which reached 89.83%.It can quickly combine with enzyme in a short time,and showed a relatively strong inhibitory ability on α-glucosidase activity,moreover,the inhibitory ability was non-competition type.
