罗伊乳酸杆菌和纳豆芽孢杆菌对仔猪应用效果研究

摘　　要：选用罗伊乳酸杆菌HD018和纳豆芽孢杆菌WS105在仔猪上进行饲养试验,以金霉素作为阳性对照,从生长、腹泻、抗体产生、血清氨基酸水平、绒毛发育等方面检测所分离的益生菌株在减弱仔猪断奶应激方面的效果。结果表明:在生长性能、腹泻率、免疫水平、氨基酸水平和肠道微生物指标上,罗伊乳酸杆菌和纳豆芽孢杆菌能够替代金霉素的效果。Selecting Lactobacillus reuteri HD018 and Bacillus natto WS105 to conduct feeding experiment for piglets,and the Aureomycin was used as positive control,and then the effects of isolated probiotic strains in reducing weaning stress of piglets were detected in terms of growth,diarrhea,antibody production,levels of serum amino acids and hair growth.The results showed that Lactobacillus reuteri and Bacillus natto could instead of Aureomycin based on the indexes of growth characteristics,diarrhea rate,immunity level,amino acids level and intestinal microorganisms.
