桑树黄化型萎缩病病叶挥发性物质的气质联用(GC/MS)分析

摘  要:利用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC/MS)技术对桑树健康叶片和黄化型萎缩病感病叶片中的挥发性物质进行了对比分析,共鉴定出60余种挥发性化合物,主要为烃类(烷烃和烯烃)、醇类、酮类和酯类物质。分析表明:健康桑树叶片与黄化型萎缩病感病叶片的挥发物成分和含量不同,其共有成分的种类占50%左右,分别为烯烃类、酸类、醇类、酯类、酰胺类。桑树黄化型萎缩病感病叶特有的物质是苯甲酰胺、2-氧苯甲酰酯和2,3-已二醇。Using GC/MS technology,the volatile components in mulberry leaf with and without yellow dwarf disease were analyzed and compared.Total over 60 kinds of volatile component were identified,which mainly were hydrocarbon(alkane and alkene),alcohols,ketone and esters.The results showed that the volatile components and their content were different in healthy mulberry leaf and in diseased mulberry leaf,the common components in both kinds of mulberry leaf accounted for around 50% of total species,which were alkene,acids,alcohols,esters and amide,respectively.The special components in diseased mulberry were benzamide,2-oxygen benzoyl ester and 2,3-already glycol.
