长吉图开发开放先导区农村居民点用地整治潜力研究

摘　　要：为科学指导长吉图开发开放先导区农村居民点土地整治工作,采用人均建设用地标准法对农村居民点土地整治理论潜力进行测算,并综合考虑影响整治区的自然、经济、社会因素等7个指标进行计算修正,最终确定了长吉图开发开放先导区农村居民点的现实潜力,并将全区域农村居民点整治潜力划分为3级。In order to scientifically guide land arrangement for rural residential places in Changchun-Jilin-Tumen pilot zone,the theoretical potential of land arrangement for rural residential places was calculated based on the standards of per capita construction land,and it is modified by comprehensively considering seven indexes which will influence the nature,economy and society in arrangement area,and then the realistic potential of land arrangement for rural residential places in Changchun-Jilin-Tumen pilot zone was determined,and it was divided into three levels.
