摘  要:在实地调研的基础上系统总结了桑植县发展高山优质有机茶所具备的几大优势:自然条件优越、茶树资源丰富品质独特、劳动力成本低、茶文化历史悠久、民俗文化和旅游资源丰富、政策环境好,并剖析了桑植县当前发展有机茶所面临的问题:有机茶生产观念淡薄、茶园建园基础差、加工企业规模小、缺乏优势产品、科技投入不足、缺少政策扶持等。针对这些问题,从重视有机茶开发工作、大力改造低产茶园、着力提高机械化水平、不断壮大龙头企业、努力健全科技推广体系、严格执行有机茶标准体系、充分发挥旅游资源优势等几个方面提出了桑植县高山优质有机茶可持续发展的战略对策。The advantages of Sangzhi County to develop quality and organic mountain tea were summarized based on filed investigation, which including great natural conditions, abundant resources and unique quality of tea tree, low labor cost, long history of tea culture, abundant folk culture and tourism resources, and great political environment. Moreover, the problems that developing organic tea in Sangzhi County will be faced were also analyzed, such as weak intention in producing organic tea, poor basis of tea garden, small scale of processing enterprises, lack of advantaging products, less in technology input, and lacking policy supporting. In the end, according to the problems, the strategical countermeasures for sustainable development of quality and organic mountain tea in Sangzhi County were proposed, including paying attention to development of organic tea, vigorously modifying low yield tea garden, focally enhancing mechanism level, continuously developing leading enterprises, strivingly perfecting technical promoting system, strictly applying standard system of organic tea, and fully playing advantages of tourism resources.
