蛋白质饮食支持治疗对稳定期COPD患者营养及其康复的影响

摘　　要：为探讨蛋白质饮食支持治疗对稳定期COPD患者营养及康复的影响,选取2010年1月～12月确诊并坚持随访的COPD稳定期患者60例为研究对象,并随机将其分成3组,即常规膳食组、高蛋白膳食组、高脂肪膳食组各20例.比较各组实验后8周的营养指标及16周后的肺功能等指标变化.研究结果显示:实验后8周及16周,高蛋白膳食组各项指标均优于常规膳食组、高脂肪膳食组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).由此得出结论:摄入蛋白质相对丰富的饮食可有效改善COPD患者的营养及康复状况,是COPD患者较为理想的营养支持方式.To explore the effect of protein diet supportive treatment to the nutrition and rehabilitation of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD),we choose the 60COPD patients who were diagnosed in the hospital and followed up regularly,and they were divided randomly into 3groups:Conventional diet group(n=20),high protein diet group(n=20),high-fat diet group(n=20).Nutrition indicators in experimental groups were compared after 8 weeks and pulmonary function in these groups were compared after 16weeks.The results show that the indicators of high protein diet group at 8weeks and 16weeks after experiment were superior to those of conventional diet and high-fat diet groups,the difference being significant(P <0.05),and we reach the conclusion that relative intake of protein-rich diet can effectively improve the nutritional and rehabilitation status of patients with COPD,and it's an ideal nutritional support methods for patients with COPD.
