摘　　要：亲属法作为法文化当中的重要内容,涉及到一个国家有关家庭、婚姻、亲属的法律意识形态以及与之相适应的法律规范、制度及法律组织机构和法律设施等方面的总和。以中国亲属法为代表的婚姻家庭制度作为社会制度的有机组成部分,是建立在一定经济基础之上的上层建筑,是该社会的婚姻家庭形态在上层建筑领域的集中表现。The relative law as an important content of law culture,relates to the sum of family,marriage,legal ideology of relative and legal norms in a country and to adapt to the legal institutions and legal facilities.The marriage and family system the Chinese relative law as the representative as an organic part of social system,which is the superstructure based on a certain economic base,is a concentrated expression of the social marriage and family form in the superstructure.
