摘　　要：随着高校规模的不断扩大,高校学生也更加关注教育质量。因此,实施和完善学生信息员制度,是保障学生利益,提高教学管理水平和教学质量的需要,也是高等学校进行内部教学质量监控的基本方法之一。College students pay more and more attention to the education quality with the continuous expanding of the university scale.The rule system of students agents is necessary to protect the students’ benefit,to upgrade the management and teaching quality,as well as one of the basic methods of teaching quality monitor in universities.
