城镇化建设进程中的乡镇成人教育中心校发展问题探析——基于江阴市乡镇成人教育中心校调研报告

摘　　要：党的十八大提出了加快城镇化建设进程,教育成为农村城镇化建设的关键。本文通过对江阴市乡镇成人教育中心校的走访调研,分析了城镇化建设进程中的乡镇成人教育中心校的发展问题,提出了在思想认识、目标调整、经费保障和师资队伍建设等方面进行改革和发展,从而强化成教中心校对农村成人教育的推动作用,进而为城镇化建设作出贡献。The eighteen National Congress of the Party proposed to speed up the process of urbanization construction,education has become the key to the construction of rural urbanization.This article through the research of the Jiangyin City Township Adult Education Central school,to analyze the township adult education central school development in the urbanization process,put forward reform and development in the aspects of awareness,target adjustment,funding and teachers team construction,thus strengthening the promoting effect of adult education center proofreading rural adult education,so as to contribute to the urbanization construction.
