摘　　要：独立学院学生主动性、创造性强,参与学校管理意愿强的特点是开展学生自治的有利条件。独立学院通过加强组织建设、学生干部培养开展以学生自我管理、自我教育、自我服务、参与学校管理与决策等形式的学生自治,可以达到提高学校管理效率,构建和谐校园,弘扬民主开放的校园文化的目的,进而提高人才培养质量,输出符合现代社会要求具备较强竞争力的优秀人才。The student in independent institute has strong initiative,creative,participation in school management is the favorable conditions for developing students’ autonomous.Independent colleges by strengthening organization construction,develop students’ autonomous self management,self education,self service,participation in school management and decision-making and other forms of training student cadres,can improve the efficiency of school management,to build a harmonious campus,promoting democracy and open campus culture,and improve the quality of talent training,the output with excellent talents modern society requires strong competitiveness.
