摘　　要：信息技术的发展和应用,使得图书馆的服务方式发生了巨大的变化,特别是读者服务工作的方式发生了巨大的变化。我国的中小学图书馆在信息技术背景下,想要获得更好的发展前景,就必须进行服务方式的创新,以提高服务质量。文章主要介绍在信息技术背景下的中小学图书馆服务工作创新的必要性,以及如何进行图书馆读者服务方式的创新。The development and application of information technology,makes the library service has undergone tremendous changes,especially the change of reader service mode.Our school library want to get better development prospects in the information technology background,they must carry on the innovative service mode,in order to improve the quality of service.This paper mainly introduces the necessity of the library service innovation in primary and secondary school under the background of information technology and how to carry out the innovation of library reader service mode.
