网络时代背景下的高校校友工作模式探析

摘　　要：随着科学技术的进步,网络被人们越来越多的应用于日常工作中。对于学校来说,社会资源特别是高校校友资源,已成为学校可持续发展进程中不可缺少的一部分,并扮演着日益重要的角色。由此可见,通过充分利用现代网络技术,深度挖掘开发与利用校友资源,可以帮助学校深化办学理念,提升办学实力,促进高校更高层次的发展。本文主要通过分析当前我国高校校友工作模式的现状,提出了在网络时代背景下,如何实现校友工作信息化的方法与措施,以便促进高校充分利用校友这一人力资源,实现质的创新与飞跃。With the progress of science and technology, network has been applied more and more in daily work. For schools, social resources, especially the college alumni resources, has become an indispensable part in the process of sustainable development, and has played an increasingly important role. Thus, by making full use of modern network technology, the depth of mining development and use of the alumni resources, can help students deepen the idea of running a school, to enhance the strength of running a school, to promote the development of higher level. In this paper, by analyzing the current status of university alumni work mode of our country, to put forward how to implement the methods and measures of information alumni work in the network era, in order to promote the full use of alumni this human resource, realize the innovation and the qualitative leap.
