脑梗死患者瞬目反射各参数结果的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨脑梗死病变瞬目反射各参数的变化。方法对32例脑梗死患者于眶上切迹处以方波脉冲电刺激眶上神经,记录双侧眼轮匝肌的反应,测定刺激同侧的R1、R2和对侧的R2'的潜伏期变化,同时对30例健康对照组进行测定并分析。结果脑梗死组R1、R2和R2'的异常率分别为31.25%、45.31%和39.06%;脑梗死组瞬目反射的异常率高于对照组(P<0.05);脑梗死组患侧及健侧R1、R2和R2'的潜伏期较对照组均延长(P<0.05),患侧与健侧各波潜伏期比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑梗死病变可导致瞬目反射各参数的异常变化,瞬目反射可作为观察脑梗死病变后是否影响神经传导通路的参考指标。Objective To explore the changes of parameters on blink reflex in patients with the cerebral infarction.Methods 32 patients with cerebral infarction were examined with blink reflex.The electrical pulse current was used to stimulate the supraorbital never at the supraorbital foramen on one side and the responses of bilateral orbicularmuscle of eye were recorded.The latency of R1 and R2 were recorded on the side of stimulation while the latency of R2′ were measured on the contralateral side.These results were compared with 30 healthy subjects.Results Abnormality rate of different components of blink reflex in cerebral infarction group accounted for 31.25% in R1,45.31% in R2 and 39.06% in R2′ respectively.There was significant difference in the abnormal rate of the blink reflex between the patients with cerebral infarction and the controls.There was significant prolongation in the latency of R1,R2 and R2′ in patients with cerebral infarction compared with the control group.There was not significant difference in the latency of R1、R2 and R2′ of ipsilateral between patients with cerebral infarction and controls.Conclusion This study indicates that the cerebral infarction lesions can lead to the abnormal changes of blink reflex parameters.Blink reflex could be used as an referenced indicator whether the cerebral infarction lesions affect the neural pathways.
