高校凝聚力建设的认识与思考

摘　　要：加强高校凝聚力建设必须在"八力"上下功夫,即目标的驱动力、党组织的向心力、领导干部的感召力、规章制度的约束力、思想教育的渗透力、民主管理的聚合力、优良环境的吸引力、多办实事的说服力。This paper puts forward that,in strengthening the cohesion building of the institution of higher learning,time and energy must be put in in the following“eight forces”:the propelling force of the obfective,the centripetal force of the Party organization,the inspiring force of the leading cadres,the binding force of the rules and regulations,the penetrationg force of the ideological education,the cohesive force of the democratic management,the attracting force of the good environment,and the persuasive force of doing more practical work.
