儿童孤独症母亲孕期影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究母亲怀孕前后相关因素与儿童孤独症患病的关系,探讨儿童孤独症患病影响因素。方法采用自编父母孕期影响因素问卷,对42例孤独症儿童父母和84例正常儿童父母进行调查。结果病例组和对照组家庭月收入差异有统计学意义(χ2=49.673,P=0.000);两组父母年龄、父母关系的差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.861,P=0.650)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示:母亲怀孕之前6个月内接触(电离辐射、接触有毒化学品、感觉工作紧张、情绪特点,母亲孕期年龄(≤20岁或≥35岁、出生胎龄(≤28周或≥42周)、孩子出生体重(≤2500g或≥4000g,父亲在母孕期之前6个月内接触电离辐射、工作中体力劳动强度大最终进入回归方程(均P<0.05)。结论母亲怀孕之前6个月内父母均有接触电离辐射史、母亲工作紧张和情绪多数时间不愉快、母亲孕期年龄及出生胎龄和出生体重与儿童孤独症患病风险相关。Objective To study the influence factors in autism children's mothers during their pregnancy, and to investigate the etiological factors of autism. Methods The samples included 42 children with autism and 84 normal children,the mothers of both groups completed the self- made questionnaire. The influencing factors questionnaire in mother with autism children. Results Multiple logistic regression analysis showed: mothers exposure to ionizing radiation half a year before pregnancy,contact the toxic chemical,pressures of work,characteristic of mood during pregnancy,pregnant age,gestational age of baby and birth weight,fathers exposure to ionizing radiation half a year before mothers' pregnancy,higher level of physical labor entered the logistic regression model. Conclusion The following factors during mothers' pregnancy are closely related to autism: parents' exposure to ionizing radiation,mothers' stress of work,mothers' mood,mothers' pregnant age and baby's gestational age and birth weight.
