摘 要:目的通过宁夏3所三级甲等医院临床护士对护士长核心能力的评价,探讨、分析护士长核心能力的特点、水平,为护士长的培养及管理提供依据。方法采用便利抽样,由1047名在岗临床护士依据《护士长核心能力评价量表》对150名护士长进行核心能力评价。结果临床护士对护士长核心能力评价的总得分82.12%,将各维度总得分与所在维度满分经百分比转换后,临床护士对护士长核心能力评价得分最高是人际关系能力92.26,得分最低是护理科研能力74.33%;不同年龄、护龄、职称护士对护士长核心能力评价的部分维度组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同学历护士对护士长核心能力评价的各维度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论护士长的核心能力处于中上水平,护理科研能力较低。临床护士的年龄、护龄、职称是影响护士长核心能力评价的主要因素。Objective To provide the basis for the head nurse's training and management by analyzing the characteristics of core competency of head nurses evaluated by the clinical nurses in three tertiary level first-class hospital in Ningxia. Methods 'The core competency of head Nurses Scale'was used to investigate 150 head nurses using convenience sampling and consists of 1047 clinical nurses. Results The aggregate scoring of head nurses by the clinic nurses were 82. 12%. The score was most in interpersonal communication ability and worst in nursing research ability. The score showed significantly different in head nurses among different age,nursing years,professional Title of the clinic nurses( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The core competence of the head nurses is at the upper levels while nursing scientific research ability is low. The age,nursing years, professional Title of the clinical nurses are the main factors influencing the core competence evaluation of head nurses.
