摘  要:将非线性科学的前沿理论和高职顶岗实习相结合,提出了一种基于分形理论的顶岗实习组织与管理的新模式。在这种新模式下,将高职计算机专业顶岗实习团队组织成项目分形结构,将企业分形管理引入到高职计算机专业顶岗实习的管理中,依托企业项目、生产环境和文化氛围进行顶岗实习教学,激发计算机专业学生的创造潜力,使其朝自组织和自适应的生物模型方向发展,进而增强学生的就业竞争力。The forward theory of nonlinear science is combined with the post practice of higher vocational and technical education in this paper, a new mode of post practice organization and management based on fractal theory is proposed. In this new mode, the post practice team of computer specialty in higher vocational and technical education is organized as a project fractal structure, and the fractal management of enterprise is introduced into the post practice management of computer specialty in higher vocational and technical education. Relying on the enterprise project, production environment and cultural atmosphere, the teaching of post practice is performed in order to activate the creative potential of computer majors, make them to develop towards self-organized and self-adaptive biological model, and then enhance their employment competitiveness.
