摘　　要：高校思想政治理论课承担着对大学生进行系统的马克思主义理论教育的重任。高校政治理论课教师要充分发挥思想政治理论课的这种作用,就要努力提高自己的思想政治素质、业务科研能力、教学水平和制作多媒体课件辅助教学的能力,努力实现高校思想政治理论课教育教学重心转移的创新、教学功能拓展的创新、教学内容的创新、教学手段的创新、教学方法的创新,从而提高教育质量和教学的效果。The political and theoretical subjects in colleges and universities have on undergraduate’s systematic Marxism theory educational. The teacher in colleges and universities teaching thought and political and theoretical subject want to give the full role of the ideological and political theory course, they shall improve well their ideological and political quality, scientific research ability, teaching level and multimedia courseware auxiliary teaching ability, and make great effort to realize innovations on political and theoretical subject’s education and teaching in teaching methods, teaching contents, teaching function, teaching means, teaching shifts the focus, so as to improve the education quality and teaching effect.
