乳果糖防治产后便秘的疗效及安全性临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨乳果糖防治产后便秘的疗效及发全性。方法随机选取产后便秘患者,记录每天便次并依照布里斯托粪便量表记录相应便型,观察受试者治疗后出现的不良事件并随访。结果乳果糖治疗2周后,产后便秘妇女的周排使次数较对照组明显增加(P<0.05),排便困难、炎便性状和腹胀、腹痛、不净感均较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。乳果糖组在治疗2周后显效率明显高于对照组,自愈好转率为76.3%。结论服用乳果糖能够有效增加产后便秘妇女的排便欠数,缓解排便困难,对治疗产后便秘具有行效性和安全性。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of lactulose in the treatment of constipation for parturient.Methods Constipation parturients were randomly selected.All the suhjeets were required to record the daily defecation frequencies with the consistency perbowel movement which was judged by the bristol stool form scale.The treatment emergent adverse events were observed and the delivery results were followed up.Results The mean times of defecation in the lactulose group was significantly more than that in the control group(P&lt;0.05)during the run-in period of two weeks treatment.The difficulty degree of defecation(P&lt;0.05),shape of stool(P&lt;0.05),and stomach pain without clean feeling(P&lt;0.05) were improved in the treatment group.The responder rate of treatment group was also significantly higher than that of control(76.3%).Conclusion The study indicates that lactulose can effectively increase postpartum women constipation defecation frequency,alleviate defecation difficulty.Lactulose is safe and efficacious for the treatment of postpartum constipation.
