摘 要:目的前瞻性分析急性缺血性脑卒中胃肠功能紊乱的发生情况、相关危险因素,为防治急性缺血性脑卒中胃肠功能紊乱提供依据。方法收集住院的符合入组条件的急性缺血性脑卒中病例736例,观察急性缺血性脑卒中胃肠功能紊乱发生情况及其相关危险因素。结果胃肠功能紊乱发生率为65%,急性缺血性脑卒中胃肠功能紊乱发生的相关危险因素:卒中部位为小脑、脑干和和丘脑梗死,梗死后神经功能缺损程度和梗死急性期血糖水平。结论急性缺血性脑卒中存在的胃肠功能紊乱发生率,相关危险因素包括:丘脑、小脑、脑干梗死、梗死后血糖升高以及脑梗死后神经功能缺损程度。Objective To prospectively observe occurrence and analyze risk factors of gastrointestinal function disorders in the acute ischemic stroke.The study provided the basis for the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal function disorders in acute ischemic stroke.Methods Risk factors of gastrointestinal function disorders in the acute ischemic stroke were investigated by analyzing 736 hospitalized cases.Results Gastrointestinal function disorders incidence was65%.Risk factors of gastrointestinal function disorders were neurological deficit degrees of acute ischemic stroke,cerebellum infarction,brain stem infarction,thalamus infarction and blood glucose levels in acute ischemic stroke.Conclusion There is a relation between gastrointestinal function disorders and acute ischemic stroke.Related risk factors include neurological deficit degrees and blood glucose levels,cerebellum infarction,brain stem infarction,and thalamus infarction.
