摘　　要：通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等,分析了男篮国家队长期集训对运动员人力资本产权实现情况,研究表明,为提高国家队训练和比赛的质量,必须重视运动员人力资本产权的实现。By using the methods of documents,expert interview and questionnaire,this article analyzes the long-term assemble for training of basketball national team to the realization status of athletes’ capital property right,the results show that: to provide the quality on the training and match of national team,we must pay attention to the realization of athlete capital property right.
