摘  要:以江苏武进龙舟队运动员为研究对象,对运动员训练前、训练中、赛前的心率进行监控,结果表明:队员的平均晨脉为63.29次/min,左右桨队员之间未出现显著性差异(P>0.05);集训前与训练中期的晨脉对比,左桨的晨脉变化存在显著差异(P<0.05),右桨的晨脉变化也存在显著差异(P<0.05),队员整体晨脉变化存在显著差异(P<0.05);赛前与集训前的晨脉对比,左桨的晨脉变化存在显著差异(P<0.05),右桨的晨脉变化无显著差异(P>0.05),队员整体晨脉变化也无显著差异(P>0.05);赛前与赛后的晨脉对比,左桨的晨脉变化无显著差异(P>0.05),右桨的晨脉变化无显著差异(P>0.05),队员整体晨脉变化也无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:通过心率监控可以客观的监测训练的效果、监控运动员的机能水平、赛前状态及比赛后的恢复情况。This article take the Wujin dragon boat athletes as the research object,monitoring the heart rate of athletes before training,in the training and pre-competition.The result shows that:the average morning pulse of athletes is 63.29 t/m,and there's no significantly difference between right and left oar(P>0.05).Compare with the morning pulse of before training and in the training,the morning pulse of left oar has significantly difference(P<0.05),the morning pulse of right oar also has significantly difference(P<0.05),the morning pulse of the whole players has significantly difference(P<0.05).Compare with the morning pulse of pre-competition and before training,the morning pulse of left oar has significantly difference(P>0.05),the morning pulse of right oar has no significantly difference(P>0.05),the morning pulse of the whole players has no has no significantly difference(P>0.05).Compare with the morning pulse of pre-competition and after competition,the morning pulse of left oar has no significantly difference(P>0.05),the morning pulse of right oar also has no significantly difference(P>0.05),the morning pulse of the whole players has no significantly difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Though heart rate monitor can objectively inspection the training effect,function level of athletes,the status of pre-competition and the restore after competition
