摘　　要：职业生涯规划,是高校女大学生迈进职场前的必要准备。师范院校女大学生因其自身的女性特质和师范类专业就业的特点,在职业生涯规划中职业倾向集中化。基于H师范大学女大学生职业生涯规划现状的问卷调查显示了师范大学女大学生职业生涯规划问题所在。针对这些问题探讨影响因素,通过对自我认识、职业期望、就业指导、职业规划意识及其影响因素等方面进行深入探究,提出了对该问题的几点思考,以促进女大学生职业规划教育的完善。Career planning is a necessary preparation for female college students who are to enter workplace. Because of the femininity and the characteristics of professional employment of the female students in normal universities, their career planning tends to be centralized. Based on a questionnaire of the female students in H Normal University, it is found that there exist some problems in their career planning. Through a study of such factors as self understanding, career expectation, employment guidance, and career planning consciousness,some suggestions are put forward so as to promote the reform of career planning education of female college students.
