摘　　要：李学勤《试论八角廊简【文子】》一文,对1973年发现的河北定县八角廊40号墓竹简《文子》作了研究,认为《文子》应与汉刘向、刘歆父子所见《文子》一致或类似,可能原分上经、下经,各包含若干篇。李零的《再论淅川下寺楚墓——读【淅川下寺楚墓】》一文,对下寺楚墓三期的时代、族氏、器主以及先秦用鼎制度作了进一步探讨。The bamboo book of Wenzi unearthed from a late Western Han tomb coded M40 at Bajiaolang, Dingxian (present—day Dingzhou), Hebei in 1973, should be same with, or similar to, the Wenzi which the Western Han scholars Liu Xiang and Liu Xin had read. This bamboo Wenzi also takes the form of question by Emperor pingwang and answer by Wenzi, just as recorded in ' Art and Literature' of A History of the Han Dynasty. Judging by what is left of the slips, the whole book might include two volumes each of some chapters. A comparison of the existing Wenzi with the unearthed version reveals how much the two differ from each other, as the overlapped part includes only nine items under Dao De of the existing version. In the bamboo book, Wenzi is a respected courtier of the Emperor Pingwang, the years or so older than Confucius.
