摘　　要：水资源的合理利用是一个涉及多因素的综合问题。本文在系统动力学和最优理论基础上,提出了水资源合理分配的基本原则。在宏观层次上,建立了水资源分配模型,并用综合评审法,选出了优化方案。在微观层次上,给出了种植业优化结构模式。针对皋兰县高扬程灌区进行实际运算,获得了满意的结果。Reasonable development and utilization of water resources dealt with many factors and multi-purposes.Based on the system dynamics and optimization theory,this paper presents a basic principle for the reasonable distribution of water resources.A macro-model of water utilization of system dynamics and a macro-model of crop pro- duction structure are put forward.It has achieved a satisfactory result through practical calculation to high-lift pumping areas in Gaolan county,Gansu province.
