摘　　要：本文立足于我国男排训练现状进行了多方面调查,并通过科学实验,对“拦网判断”这一薄弱环节提供了可行而有效的训练手段。This paper made a many-sided investigation on the basis of thecurrent training conditions of the Chinese Men's Volleyball Team,and by means of scien■ific expe■imen■, it provided effective ■rai-ning measures for the block judgement which was a weak link.
