摘　　要：本文介绍网络计划模型和区域造船生产工艺的基本概念,描述网络计划模型的建立过程及其在造船生产管理中的运用过程。This paper introduces the basic concepts of network model and subdivision shipbuilding process. The establishment of network model and its application during production management in shipbuilding are also described.
