摘 要:本文通过在21家中外合资企业的现场调研,就企业的合资动机管理决策的特征和效能评估指标进行了比较深入的考察与分析.研究结果表明,中外合资企业往往基于多重合资动机,其管理决策具有多层次、规范化和信息结构开放等特征;合资动机协调性、决策的价值前提、决策源定位和企业组织环境等是影响氢业管理决策效能的关键因素.文章在此基础上提出了中外合资企业管理决策效能评估的指标.This article examines joint—venture motives,managerial decision making and its evaluation indicators based on the field study in 21 Sino—Foreign Joint—Venture companies.The results of the field study showed that joint—ventures were often based upon multipale motives and their managerial decision making was characterized by multi—level decisions,formal procedures and open information structure.The determinants of the effectiveness of managerial decision making included the fit of joint—venture motives,the value premise of decision making,the locus of decisions and some organizational environment factors.A number of indicators for evaluating decision effectiveness in joint—ventures were proposed.
