摘 要:人事决策是劳动人事管理中最重要的任务之一。本文在不同类型的九家企业所作调研的基础上,分析了企业人事决策的若干特点。调研表明,人事决策过程具有顺序决策、单一模式和局部自主的特点;定性资料与定量指标的结合使人事测量指标向更为数量化发展;人事决策的水平与企业组织规模密切有关,但决策程序仍缺乏科学性,所用指标的预测能力较低。文章针对调研结果,运用现代决策心理学理论,提出了相应的对策和进一步研究的课题。Personnel decisions are one of the most important tasks in labour and Personnel management.Based on field surveys in nine entreprises of different kindst,the article analyses the characteristics of personnel decisions.It was shown that personnel decision procedures had such characteristics as serial decision-making,single pattern and parial autonomy,There was a trend of using more quantitative predfctors in eombinaton with qualitative information in personnel decisions.The quality of decisions was closely related to the organizational size and structure of enterprises though in general the decision procedure was still less scientific with poor predictors and criterion.In view of the results of this study,some strategies are proposed to improve personnel decisions in enterpises.Topics for furfher research are discussed.
