摘　　要：目的探讨64排CT血管成像对腹主动脉瘤的诊断及治疗价值。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2013年9月在我院行64排CT确诊腹主动脉瘤,并实施腹主动脉瘤腔内隔绝术58例患者的临床资料,探讨64排CT对其手术成功率及并发症发生率的影响。结果所有患者行腔内隔绝术手术成功率100%,64排CT结果与主动脉造影结果符合率100%,整体并发症发生率8.6%(5/58),未见严重并发症。结论64排CT血管成像对腔内隔绝术具有重要的指导价值。Objective To discuss clinical value of the 64-slice CT angiography in the abdominal aortic aneurysm diagnosis and the treatment value in endovascular graft exclusion .Methods A retrospective review on the abdominal aortic aneurysm case date who received endovascular graft exclusion in our hospital .All cases were detected by 64-slice CT angiography before operation .Operation success rate and complication rate were analyzed . Results All operations were achieved .The results of 64-slice CT angiography were like abdominal aortography . Total complication rates were 8.6%after operation .Conclusion The 64-slice CT angiography is securative and effective in the AAA discovered and prompted treatment in endovascular graft exclusion with high clinical value .
