腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术中两种吻合方法时间的比较

摘　　要：目的:在腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术中,比较两种尿道膀胱吻合方法的用时情况.方法:对2011年9月～2012年3月收治的21例前列腺癌行腹腔镜下经腹前列腺癌根治术.尿道膀胱吻合操作中,13例行间断缝合,8例行连续缝合.间断缝合使用腹腔推结器分别在6、3、9、12点打结.结果:21例前列腺癌根治术均成功,无一例转开放手术.间断缝合组吻合用时12～30 min,平均19.9 min,而连续缝合组用时21～57 min,平均34 min.结论:间断缝合方法可缩短尿道膀胱吻合的时间.Objective:To compare the time of two different urethrovesieal anastomosis methods in laparoscopic radical prostatectomy(LRP).Methods:Between September 2011 and March 2012.LRP was performed in 21 patients with prostate cancer,in the urethrovesical anastomosis,interrupted suture was used in 13 patients,and running suture was used in the rest.By using knot pusher in interrupted suture,urethra and vesical neck was anastomosed at 6. 3.9.12 o'clock respectively.Results:All operations were successfully completed laparoscopically without transversion to open approach.The mean operating time for interrupted suture was 19.9 min(range from 12 to 30 min), while the time for running suture was 34 min(range from 21-57 min).Conclusions:Interrupted suture method can shorten the operation time in urethrovesical anastomosis.
