摘　　要：目的:比较经腹和经腹膜后途径在肾上腺肿瘤切除术中的应用。方法:180例肾上腺肿瘤病例,其中127例行经腹膜后肾上腺肿瘤切除术,53例行经腹肾上腺肿瘤切除术。观察两组患者在手术时间、出血量、并发症、住院时间和中转开放手术率几方面的差异。结果:在两组患者当中,经腹组和经腹膜后组在手术时间、失血量存在统计学差异,在住院时间、中转手术和并发症上面无统计学差异。结论:尽管研究显示了经腹膜后肾上腺肿瘤治疗中的优势,但仍需要进一步扩大样本进行观察。Objective:To compare with retroperitoneal and transperitoneal adrenalectomy in the treatment of adrenal tumor.Methods:Retroperitoneal and transperitoneal adrenalectomy were attempted in 127and 53cases with adrenal tumor,respectively.The difference in operation time,blood loss,hospital stay,ratio of conversion to open surgery,complication was observed between two groups.Results:Statistic analysis showed significant differences in operation time and blood loss whereas no differences in hospital stay,ratio of conversion to open surgery and complication between two groups.Conclusions:Even though our data indicated that retroperitoneal adrenalectomy is a predominant approach in treatment of adrenal tumor,but it is still observed in the large sample.
