胃癌FHIT表达与奥沙利铂敏感性关系的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织中脆性三联体(FHIT)表达与奥沙利铂敏感性的关系。方法免疫组化法检测60例胃癌组织标本FHIT表达水平,ATP-TCA检测奥沙利铂药敏,分析二者之间的关系。结果 6例FHIT强阳性表达胃癌奥沙利铂体外敏感1例(16.7%),13例阳性表达胃癌5例敏感(38.5%);13例弱阳性表达胃癌敏感者10例(76.9%);28例阴性表达组敏感者19例(67.9%),两者差异明显(P<0.05),并且呈负相关。结论 FHIT表达水平有望成为胃癌奥沙利铂敏感性的预测指标。Objective To investigate the relationships between expression of brittle three CIS (FHIT)in gastric cancer tissues and oxaliplatin sensitivity.Methods The expression level of FHIT in gastric cancer tissues of 60 cases were detected by the method of immunohistochemistry and oxaliplatin sensitivity were also detected by the method of ATP-TCA.The relationships between expression of brittle three CIS (FHIT)in gastric cancer tissues and oxaliplatin sensitivity were analysed.Results Of 6 cases with FHIT high positive expression in gastric cancer 1 was sensitive to oxaliplatin with the sensitivity rate 16.7%, 5 were sensitive to oxaliplatin with the sensitivity rate 38.5%in 13 cases with FHIT positive expression in gastric cancer, 10 were sensitive to oxaliplatin with the sensitivity rate 76.9%in 13 cases with FHIT low positive expression in gastric cancer, 19 were sensitive to oxaliplatin with the sensitivity rate 67.9%in 28 cases with FHIT negative positive expression in gastric cancer. There was obvious difference and there was obvious negative correlation between the expression of FHIT in gastric cancer tissues and oxaliplatin sensitivity (P<0.05). Conclusion The expression level of FHIT could be expected to become a predictor of the patients with gastric cancer to have sensitivity to oxaliplatin.
