血管腔内技术联合超声清创机治疗糖尿病足21例分析

摘  要:目的:观察和分析血管腔内技术联合超声清创机治疗糖尿病足的效果及临床价值。方法对21例糖尿病足患者,行下肢动脉造影及腔内治疗,并联合应用超声清创机清创,观察溃疡愈合速度及时间。结果21例患者下肢动脉血供均得到明显改善,除1例小腿膝下截肢、1例小趾截肢外,余19例溃疡均在20~50天内愈合。结论血管腔内治疗能改善糖尿病足血液灌注,超声清创机能对溃疡局部进行有效清创,二者结合能更快促进糖尿病足的愈合。Objective To observe and analyze the effect and the clinical value of endovascular technology and ultrasonic debridement for the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods 21 patients with diabetic foot underwent lower extremity arteriography and endovascular therapyc ombine with ultrasonic debridement machine debridement. Healing and time of skin ulcer were observed. Results Lower limb arterial blood supply of 21 patients with diabetic foot was signiifcantly improved, of which one patient underwent leg amputation below the knee, one patient underwent the little toe amputation.The skin ulcers in 19 cases of diabetic foot healed from 20 to 50 days. Conclusion Endovascular therapy for the treatment of the patients with diabetic foot could obviously improve blood perfusion of diabetic foot.Ultrasonic debridement is an effective modality to debridement of local ulcer in the patients with diabetic foot.A combination of both therapeutic methods also promote healing of diabetic foot in the patients .
