摘  要:目的探讨双眼白内障第一眼超声乳化手术前后生存质量的变化程度。方法综合分析国内外1990年1月~2008年11月间双眼白内障第一眼超声乳化手术前后生存质量比较的相关文献,对符合要求且资料完整的文献进行Meta分析。结果符合纳入标准的文献共4篇499眼。其纳入文献经异质性检验具有异质性,因而采用随机效应模型合并加权均数差及95%可信区间。其生存质量各方面的加权均数差及95%可信区间分别是:自理31.80(24.48~39.13);活动42.12(39.21~45.02);社交49.58(29.05~70.11);心理29.79(24.81~34.77);生存质量总分的加权均数差及95%可信区间是36.76(33.66~39.86)。结论双眼白内障第一眼超声乳化手术后患者的生存质量较手术前有显著改善。Objective To investigate the changes of the quality of life in the first eye of cataract patients before and after phacoemulsification.Methods The research articles published during January 1990 and November 2008 on the quality of life in the first eye of both eyes cataract patients before and after phacoemulsification were collected and evaluated,in which that met the requirements with complete records were further analyzed by a Meta-analysis.Results There were 4 articles(499 eyes)that met the international standards.The outcomes of heterogeneity test indicated that there was significant difference between the articles.Therefore the random effect model was used to calculate WMD and 95% CI.The pooled WMD and 95%CI of the all around quality of life were as follows:self-care 31.80(24.48,39.13),movements 42.12(39.21,45.02),social activity 49.58(29.05,70.11)and psychology 29.79(24.81,34.77);the WMD and 95%CI of the general score was 36.76(33.66,39.86).Conclusion The quality of life in the first eye of both eyes cataract patients after phacoemulsification is significantly better than that before phacoemulsification.
