钛夹防治胃肠道出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨钛夹在预防和治疗胃肠道出血中的疗效和安全性。方法在胃镜、肠镜下应用钛夹预防和治疗胃肠道疾病出血27例,其中十二指肠球部溃疡12例,腺瘤6例,息肉4例,胃溃疡3例,胃错构瘤1例,十二指肠降部类癌1例。喷血或涌血3例,渗血15例,血管裸露4例,有潜在出血(有不牢固的新鲜血栓形成、病灶电凝切后有鲜红色创面裸露)5例。结果使用钛夹后出血停止或有效地预防了出血26例,有效率96·30%。27例共打钛夹86枚,成功80枚,打钛夹成功率93·02%。未发现任何并发症。结论钛夹预防和治疗胃肠道出血安全、有效。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of titanic clip in the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal tract bleeding. Methods 27 cases of gastrointestinal diseases were enrolled in this study, which consisted of 12 cases of duodenal ulcer, 6 adenomas, 4 polyps, 3 gastric ulcers, 1 gastric hamartoma and 1 duodenal carcinoid. All the patients were prevented and treated by endoscopic titanic clip for gastrointestinal tract bleeding. There were 3 cases with spewing or avalanching blood, 15 cases with seeping blood, 4 cases with bare blood vessels, and 5 cases with latent bleeding. Results 26 cases of gastrointestinal diseases were effectively prevented and treated by endoscopic titanic clip, but only 1 case failed. 86 clips were used in 27 cases, in which 80 clips were successfully clipped. No complications occurred. Conclusion Endoscopic titanic clip used to prevent and treat gastrointestinal tract bleeding is not only a safe but also an effective method.
