摘　　要：目的　探讨卵巢浆液性腺癌nm2 3蛋白的表达及其与预后的关系。　方法　应用S P免疫组化技术 ,检测 6 6例卵巢浆液性腺癌nm2 3蛋白的表达。　结果　 6 6例卵巢浆液性腺癌中 ,nm2 3蛋白表达阳性率 6 5 2 % ,而Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级肿瘤中nm2 3表达率分别为 89 5 %、6 6 7%、4 3 5 %。nm2 3蛋白表达阳性率随病理分级增高而降低 ,Ⅰ级与Ⅲ级、Ⅰ级加Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且与肿瘤大小、转移及预后相关 (P <0 0 1、P <0 0 5 )。　结论　nm2Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of nm23 protein and its prognostic value in serous cystadenocarcinoma of the ovary. Methods The expression of nm23 protein in 66 cases of serouscystadenocarcinoma of ovary was detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive rate of nm23 protein in serous cystadenocarcinoma of the ovary was 65 2%, in which grades Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 89.5%, 66.7% and 43.5% respectively. There were significant differences of nm23 expression among the pathological grades Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ (P<0.05). The positive expression of nm23 in serous cystadenocarcinoma of the ovary was correlated to the tumor size, metastasis and the patient's prognosis (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusions Detection of nm23 protein may be helpful in evaluation of malignant degree of the tumor and prognosis of patients with serous dvarian cystadenocarcinoma
