摘 要:目的研究CS-PAA-EPI磁性聚合物微球对人膀胱癌T24细胞增殖与凋亡的影响。方法选用壳聚糖、磁流体及表柔比星为原材料首次合成载表柔比星的磁性壳聚糖纳米微球,运用MTT法、流式细胞术等技术检测CS-PAA-EPI磁性纳米微球对人膀胱癌T24细胞增殖与凋亡的影响。结果实验组对T24细胞的生长抑制率为76.6%、凋亡率为55.13%,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CS-PAA-EPI磁性纳米微球可以有效地杀伤人膀胱癌T24细胞,其杀伤机制可能是通过诱导细胞凋亡引起。Objective To investigate the effects and mechanism of CS - PAA - EPI Polymer Magnetic Microspheres on Human Bladder Cancer T24 cells.Methods Magnetic CS - PAA - EPI nanosphere was composed by CS,acrylic monomer(AA),EPI and Fe_3O_4 nanopaticle.The growth inhibiting rate of T24 cells were detected by the MTT techniche,apoptosis of T24 cells were tested by flow cytometry in vitro.The protein expression of T24 cells were tested by Western Blot technique.Results Comparing with control group,the growth inhibiting rate (76.6%) and apoptosis rate(55.13%) of T24 cells in experimental group were significantly increased (P<0.05).Conclusions CS -PAA -EPI Polymer Magnetic Microspheres can effectively kill human bladder T24 cells,the potential mechanism is cell apoptosis.
