整合素α6β4在膀胱移形细胞癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究整合素α6β4在膀胱癌中的表达及其与膀胱癌分化、侵袭转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法对85例膀胱癌石蜡包埋标本进行整合素α6β4半定量检测。结果有60例膀胱癌组织整合素α6β4呈阳性或不同程度表达增强,高分化癌的整合素α6β4阳性率明显低于低分化癌(P<0.05)。整合素α6β4阳性率在膀胱癌伴淋巴结转移组高于淋巴结阴性组(P<0.05)。结论整合素α6β4表达与肿瘤细胞的分化程度呈负相关、与淋巴结转移呈正相关,整合素α6β4可作为判断膀胱癌恶性程度及患者预后的生物学指标。Objective To investigate the integrinα6β4 expression in bladder carcinoma and its relation with tumor differentiation,invasion and metastasis.Methods The integrinα6β4 expression was detected in 85 cases of bladder carcinoma using immunohistochemistry technique(PAP method).Results The expression of integrinα6β4 in 60 cases of bladder carcinoma was higher than that in the surrounding normal urothelial tissues.The positive rate of integrinα6β4 was higher in poorly differentiated carcinoma group than in well differentiated group (P <0.05).The positive rate of integrinα6β4 was higher in mertastatic carcinoma group than in non-metastatic group(P <0.05).Conclusion The high expression of integrinα6β4 was related with differentiation and metastasis of bladder carcinoma.The integrinα6β4 might be a promising marker for the estimation of prognosis.
