经尿道绿激光汽化与经尿道电切治疗浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较经尿道绿激光汽化和经尿道电切治疗浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌的疗效。方法对1999年1月至2007年6月间的95例初发浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌手术病例进行长期随访,经尿道绿激光汽化组(P组)44例,经尿道电切组(T组)51例。结果 P组和T组至第一次复发间隔时间分别为19.45±7.63个月和22.56±12.31个月,1、2、3年复发率,两组分别为78.41%、52.28%、25.65%、和78.43%、54.90%、27.45%,两组间均无统计学差异(P>0.10)。结论经尿道绿激光汽化和经尿道电切术治疗浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌的疗效相似,经尿道绿激光汽化手术创伤小、并发症少,且可反复进行,在治疗浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌时,应首选经尿道绿激光汽化。Objective To evaluate the long-term results of photoselective laser vaporization and transurethral resection in treating superficial transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder.Methods 95 cases of initial superfical transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder from Jan 1999 to Jul 2007 were followed up,which included 44 cases of Greenlight photoselective laser vaporization group(P group) and 51 cases of transurethral resection group(T group).Results The time to the first recurrence of the two groups were 19.45±7.63 months and 22.56±12.31 months.The 1,2,3 - year tumor recurrence rates were 78.41%、52.28%、25.65%in P group and 78.43%、54.90%、27.45%in T group(P >0.10).Conclusions There was no significant difference between Greenlight photoselective laser vaporization and transurethral resection in treating superficial transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder.The advantages of photoselective laser vaporization were minimally invasion,less complication and repeatedly performable process.Greenlight photoselective laser vaporization should be used as the first choice for superficial transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder.
