摘 要:目的:研究降糖丸对高血糖小鼠和正常动物的降血糖作用及其对血清胰岛素的影响。方法:通过静脉注射四氧嘧啶建立高血糖小鼠模型,将降糖丸制成浸膏给予受试动物灌胃(ig):用酶法测定血糖,竞争放射免疫分析法测定血清胰岛素;数据经t检验统计处理。结果:降糖丸浸膏ig14d可使四氧嘧啶高血糖小鼠血糖明显降低(p<0.05,p<0.01),同时使相应的血清胰岛素显著升高(p<0.01),而同样剂量对正常小鼠无降糖作用:降糖丸浸膏ig90d可使正常大鼠血糖显著降低(p<0.01,p<0.001)用8.4g生药/kg,剂量ig14d对高血糖小鼠与正常小鼠的糖耐量均有影响,明显增强由葡萄糖刺激引起的胰岛分泌功能。结论:口服降糖丸对实验性高血糖小鼠有降糖作用,并能促进其血清胰岛素的分泌;但长期服用可略降低正常大鼠血糖。Objective:To study the hypoglycemic action of JiangTangPilulae(JTP)on hyperglycemia mice and normal animals as well as the effect on their serum insulin level.Methods:The model of hyperglycemia mice was established by injecting alloxan intravenously;the extractum prepared from JTP was introgastrically administrated into testee;blood glucose was detected with enzymologic method and serum insulin was examined by competitive radiommunoassay(RIA);All data were processed through statistical analysis of t-test.Results:The extractum of JTP administrated introgastrically for 14 days remarkably reduced the blood glucose of alloxan- induced hyperglycemia mice(p<0.05,p<0.01),at the same time,it increased their serum insulin level significantly,while the same dosage did not show any hypoglycemic effect on normal mice.However,the administration of JTP for continuous 90days significantly decreased the blood glucose in normal rats(p<0.01,p<0.001).The introgastric administration at the dosage of 8.4g crude drug/kg for 14 days affected the glucose tolerance both in hyperglycemia mice and normal mice as well as considerable promoted the secreting function of pancreas islet induced by glucose stimulation.Conclusions:PO administration of JTP is highly effective in decreasing blood glucose in hyperglycemia mice and promoting their secretion of serum insulin.Long-term administration may also decresase the blood glucose in normal rats.
