归芪汤联合化疗治肺癌疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察归芪汤配合化疗治疗气血两虚型中晚期肺癌患者的临床疗效。方法:按实体瘤治疗标准进行疗效分析,评定其改善症状、生活质量及免疫功能的变化。结果:治疗组45例患者症状改善率为95.5%,病灶缓解率11.76%,生活质量改善,机体免疫力增强,治疗后与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:归芪汤对中晚期肺癌化疗患者有较肯定疗效,其抗癌作用与免疫功能增强,如自然杀伤(NK)细胞和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)活性提高等细胞生物学机理有关。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Decoction GuiQi combined with chemotherapy on Lung Cancer (LC)(dual vacuity of qi and blood syndrome).Methods:According to criteria of solid tumor treatment,efficacy analysis was carried out,its symptomes,immunity and life quality were evaluated.Results:In the treatment group (45 cases),improvement rate of symptoms was 95.5%.The foci remission rate was 11.76%.The life quality was improved and immunologic function was strengthened.There were significant differences between the treament group and the control group(P<0.01 ).Conclusion:The GuiQi decoction combined with chemotherapy has a confirmed clinical effect on the moderate and advanced LC.Its antitumor effect is relative to increase immunologic function,such as the raising activities of NK cell and IL-2 Content.
