摘　　要：以人为中心的发展观的核心理念是:所有人的全面发展、所有人的可持续发展、人与环境的协调发展,它为学校教育展开了另一幅别开生面的图景。根据这种发展观,我们在学校现代化指标体系的制定中应凸现以下几个基本宗旨:“动态指标和静态指标相结合”、“主观指标和客观指标相结合”、“量化指标与定性指标相结合”。The core concept of the person -cente red developmental view is all the people' s overall and sus-tainable development as well as the c oordinative development of man and e nvironment,which has unfolded a uni que picture for the school education.Ba sed on the developmental view,we should emphasize the following objectives in formulating the index system of school modernization:the combination o f dynamic and static indexes,subjective and objective indexes,quantitative an d qualitative indexes.
