浅谈我国行政强制执行权的分配

摘　　要：明确行政强制执行权归属与分配问题是建立我国行政强制执行制度的前提和基础。应在对当今世界主要国家行政强制权分配模式比较分析的基础上,完善我国行政强制执行权的分配,以便更有利于保证行政义务的顺利实现和充分保障公民组织的合法权益不被侵犯。The precondition and foundation of constituting administrative imperative executive system in our country is to clarify the jurisdiction and distribution of administrative imperative executive power.On the basis of comparative analyses on distribution mode of administrative imperative executive power in the primary countries, superficial debate on distribution of administrative imperative executive power in our country is, for the sake of perfecting it and, aiming to favorably ensure realization of administrative obligation and fully safeguard civic and organizational legal rights and interests without being infringed.
