摘　　要：参与全球竞争的企业实行全球供应链管理,然而关税、汇率、贸易壁垒和政府的稳定等因素以及文化、语言、传统、偏好、经营环境、法律环境、经济条件的差异都使得全球供应链管理显得更加复杂与困难。在对供应链管理决策模型进行评价的基础上,对全球供应链管理所面临的挑战进行了深入的分析,进而提出了全球供应链管理的发展对策,希望能够对进一步改进全球供应链的运行效果和降低其运行成本提供帮助。Companies that participate in the global competition need to implement global supply chain management (SCM). However, in addition to different duties, exchange rates, trade barriers and government stability, the differences in cultural norms, languages, traditions, preferences, business infrastructures, legal environments and economic conditions have made the global SCM more complex and difficult. Based on the reviews of the global supply chain models and analysis of challenges faced by global SCM, this paper puts forward the development policy of global SCM. It is hoped that this article will help to improve the effectiveness of global supply chain and reduce its operating costs.
