实践育人在高职院校思想政治教育中的作用探究

摘　　要：高职院校育人目标和思想政治教育所要解决的问题从应然角度来说应当吻合,但是在实然的层面却不尽如人意,主要表现就是实践育人在高职院校思想政治教育中的缺失,没有意识到实践育人的重要作用。实践育人是解决目前高职院校思想政治教育新课题的最佳途径;也是高职院校思想政治教育教学的重要组成部分;同时,它还有利于高职院校思想政治教育功能的进一步发挥,有助于学生创新型思维的培养和科学素养的养成。通过对实践育人在高职院校思想政治教育中作用的深入分析,以期唤起人们对高职院校思想政治教育实践育人功能的重视。Theoretically speaking,the aim of education in the Vocational Technical University should tally with the problems in the ideological and political education.However,it doesn't appear so in practice.The main reason for it is the theory of education by practice in the ideological and political education in the Vocational Technical University isn't paid enough attention to.In fact,the theory of education by practice has significant effects on the ideological and political education in the Vocational Technical University.First of all,it is the best way to solve the current issue facing the ideological and political education in the Vocational Technical University.Secondly,it is the main component of the education,In addition,it deepens the educational role of the ideological and political education.What's more,it facilitates the cultivation of students' innovative spirit and scientific accomplishment.Hope to draw people's special attention to the theory of education by practice through the analysis of its great effect on the ideological and political education in the Vocational Technical University.
