摘　　要：对当前广东梅州中学体育师资队伍现状进行调查和分析,找出存在的问题,寻求进一步改善本地区中学体育师资队伍的一些方法及建议,以适应现代体育教学改革和发展的需求。The paper investigated and analyzed the actualities of the middle school's teaching staff in Meizhou,finding that there are still some problems needed to be solved.To improve the P.E.staff level and fit the need of the reform and development of moderm physical education,the article promotes some measures and suggestions about building up P.E. staff in the middle schools in Meizhou.
