摘　　要：新时期高校思想政治教育改革与发展对其“文化”的融入提出了更高的要求，同时也对高校思想政治教育者的思想转变带来了巨大的挑战。本文通过对《多元文化环境下高校思想政治教育建设研究》这一课题展开相应的探索，希望对广大高校思想政治教育工作者能够起到积极的促进作用。Ideological and political education reform and development in colleges and its"culture"has put forward higher require-ments for integration, but also on the ideological and political education's ideological transformation has brought great challenges. Bas-ed on the"Construction of Ideological and Political Education in a multicultural environment"to start the corresponding explore this topic, I hope the majority of workers in the ideological and political education colleges can play a positive role in promoting.
